We are one of the noted manufacturers and exporters of Turned Components for bicycles, automobiles, sanitary, electricals and electronics industries, brass hardware and handicrafts, kitchenware, tableware, spares of washing machines, air spray gun parts, paragrid antenna accessory, parabolic reflectors, self supporting masts, etc.
We are a Small Scale Industry (SSI) unit, registered with The Directorate of Industry, U.P. Our paragrid antennas are a proof of superb workmanship and they are available in diameters of 3 meters, 2.4 meters, 1.8 meters and 1.2 meters respectively. We are into this manufacturing line since 1996 and have served various clients on a worldwide basis.

Quality
We follow 3 steps of quality checking process at D.D. Components Pvt. Ltd. The first stage of inspection is done for the incoming raw materials in terms of dimension and analytical approach. Then comes the in-process examination where sampling test is done for further production. In the final stage, when the product is ready for dispatch, then gauging report, dimensional report and surface finish reports are made in which all the details of tests are boldly mentioned for total customer satisfaction.
We apply different grades of raw materials for different colors so that in process materials are indicated by different color tags. The different types of testing equipments make the quality of the products A-grade and extremely flawless. Our testing equipments include Verniers, Micrometers, Pitch Micrometer, Sweep Micrometer, etc.

Ltd. is a hub of efficient workforce and latest machinery. The warehouse of the company is quite spacious to accommodate bulk stock of products. Our R&D team does innovative experiments for new ideas and production formulas.
